All merchandise will be shipped through USPS. We will notify you when items in your orders have shipped, including tracking information.

***All customized/personalized items cannot be returned or Exchanged***
All items must be returned Within 7 days of the day purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed with no stain on it. If merchandise are returned damage it will not be accepted.
If you return your merchandise to Roviane’s Boutique damage it will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the returning fee.
If you have received damaged goods or if there’s a manufacturing defect on the item(s) that we have shipped out to you, please contact us at [email protected] or Text 805-768-4263 within 14 days of receiving the item (s) so that we can assist you in a timely manner.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email at [email protected] or Text 805-768-4263 within 24 hours from the time the order has been placed. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
